ProCap Financial (NASDAQ: BRR) completed the acquisition of CFO Silvia, Inc., an artificial intelligence platform for financial services. Investor Anthony Pompliano leads the firm. ProCap aims to become the first publicly traded agentic finance firm by providing AI-driven analysis to independent investors.
The Silvia platform tracks a wide range of assets including stocks, crypto, real estate, and collectibles. Silvia currently tracks more than $30 billion in total assets. Platform users have an average net worth exceeding $2.5 million.
The technology utilizes AI agents to replicate the work of hundreds of employees. Anthony Pompliano stated the system aims for greater efficiency than traditional financial firms. This acquisition integrates automation into ProCap’s core financial products.
