Boost Run (Nasdaq: BRUN) finalized a long-term lease agreement with 10X Infrastructure Partners to expand GPU computing capacity.

The agreement provides an initial 20 MW of power at an existing data center. Delivery of this initial capacity is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The deal allows Boost Run to scale operations to 111 MW across two additional sites. This expansion is scheduled to continue through 2027.

Utilizing an existing site enables faster GPU deployment to meet rising AI and high-performance computing demand.

Boost Run shares surged following the announcement. The news coincided with the company's first earnings report as a public entity.
