Webull Corporation (NASDAQ: BULL) agreed to acquire Thai investment firm Pi Securities for approximately $100 million. Webull’s Thai subsidiary will purchase all shares from the controlling shareholder, Country Group Holdings.
The acquisition drives Webull’s strategic expansion across Southeast Asia. The deal combines Webull’s digital technology with Pi Securities’ 50 years of local market expertise.
Webull aims to enhance digital investment services and create a comprehensive ecosystem for Thai investors. The transaction remains subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
