Anthropic is launching a standalone enterprise services firm alongside Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs. The venture features a total capital commitment of approximately $1.5 billion.
Anthropic, Blackstone, and Hellman & Friedman will each invest roughly $300 million. Goldman Sachs is contributing an additional $150 million to the partnership.
The new entity will embed Anthropic engineers directly into client operations to integrate Claude AI models. This strategy addresses a global shortage of skilled AI implementation experts.
The venture provides Anthropic with a direct distribution channel to hundreds of portfolio companies. Target sectors include healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.
