Carrier Global Corp has acquired 75F, a specialist in AI-enabled, cloud-native building automation systems. The financial terms of the closed transaction remain undisclosed.

Carrier previously held an investment in 75F through its venture capital arm. The company will integrate 75F’s technology with its existing WebCTRL, Abound, and Nlyte platforms.

This acquisition creates a unified platform spanning equipment, controls, and analytics. The move targets applications ranging from large commercial systems to the high-growth data center cooling market.
