Cerebras Systems shares rose more than 12% following an expanded partnership with manufacturing giant Flex. The collaboration aims to increase production capacity for CS-3 AI supercomputers by approximately seven times through 2026. Manufacturing will occur at the Flex facility in Milpitas, California.
The expansion responds to accelerating global demand for AI infrastructure. This move strengthens the domestic U.S. supply chain for advanced AI systems.
Cerebras also announced a multi-billion dollar investment to build AI data center infrastructure in Europe. These facilities will service key partners, including OpenAI.
