CBIZ, Inc. completed its acquisition of India-based professional services firm BINDZ Consulting Private Limited. This transaction integrates more than 250 skilled professionals into the CBIZ network. The move advances CBIZ’s strategy to build an integrated international organization and enhance global capabilities.
The partnership began in 2023 as a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) arrangement. This acquisition marks the final stage of that evolutionary process.
