CleanSpark announced it has entered into a major, 20-year triple-net lease agreement with an unnamed, high-investment-grade global technology company. The agreement covers data center infrastructure at CleanSpark's Sandersville, Georgia campus and is expected to generate substantial long-term revenue.

  • Agreement Value: The lease is expected to generate approximately $6.6 billion in contracted revenue over the initial 20-year term, with the potential to reach $11.6 billion if two five-year extension options are exercised.
  • Leased Infrastructure: The tenant will lease data center infrastructure supporting 175 megawatts (MW) of critical IT load. Deliveries are expected to begin in Q4 2027.
  • Expanded Relationship: The tenant has also signed a letter of intent and exclusivity arrangement covering CleanSpark's entire Texas portfolio, which includes 718 acres with up to 885 MW of secured and planned power capacity.
