Caledonia Mining Corporation (CMCL) hosted an Analyst/Investor Day on September 17, 2026. Executives outlined a growth strategy focused on gold assets in Zimbabwe. The Blanket Mine continues to serve as the company's cornerstone asset.

CEO Mark Learmonth aims to grow annual production to over 270,000 ounces by 2029. This represents a significant increase from the current output of 75,000 ounces. The Bilboes project is expected to begin production in late 2028.

Caledonia is also advancing the Motapa exploration project adjacent to the Bilboes site. Management cited a tenfold return for investors over the last 10 years. A revised technical report for the Blanket Mine will be released by the end of October.
