The update clarifies the power status for its operations and major expansion projects within the state's regulatory framework.

- Denton Site (371 MW): The existing 297 MW is approved as "longstanding existing load" and an additional 74 MW for expansion are both not subject to the Batch Zero allocation process.
- Pecos Site (600 MW): The existing 300 MW and an additional 300 MW have been conditionally approved in ERCOT's Batch Zero process, with final allocation pending the process conclusion.
- Hunt Site (431 MW): The planned 431 MW has been conditionally approved in Batch Zero as an "Advancing Large Load," with interconnection studies completed, collateral posted, and construction commenced.
