Circle Appoints Microsoft Executive Kirk Koenigsbauer to Board of Directors

Circle Internet Group (CRCL) announced the appointment of Kirk Koenigsbauer, President and COO of Microsoft’s Experiences and Devices Group, to its Board of Directors, effective March 16, 2026. The appointment increases the size of Circle's board to nine directors.
