Hong Kong-based stablecoin firm RedotPay is reportedly planning a $1 billion initial public offering in the United States. The company could seek a market valuation of up to $4 billion according to Bloomberg. RedotPay has not officially commented on the potential listing.

The firm’s payment volume tripled during 2025. Its global user base now exceeds 6 million individuals.

Circle participated in RedotPay’s $107 million Series B funding round in December 2025. That investment round valued the company at more than $1 billion. The potential IPO follows a period of increased stablecoin adoption and improved regulatory clarity.
