Credo Technology Group launched a new family of 224G-based 1.6T "ZeroFlap" optical transceivers. These transceivers target AI and high-performance computing networks. The products combine Credo's 224G per lane optical digital signal processor (DSP) with its silicon photonics technology. This combination enhances data center infrastructure speed and reliability.

The transceivers feature PILOT, a real-time health monitoring and diagnostics platform. PILOT enables network operators to detect and prevent fiber-related issues. This prevents disruptions to AI workloads. This capability aims to improve network stability. It also accelerates the deployment of large-scale AI clusters. Operators gain enhanced visibility and control over the optical network.
