Salesforce and Amazon Web Services (AWS) expanded their long-standing partnership to integrate data and artificial intelligence across their platforms. Salesforce and AWS announced the collaboration at Dreamforce 2026. It focuses on breaking down data silos and embedding AI into daily workflows. New integrations aim to allow enterprise AI agents to act on CRM intelligence directly within existing employee tools like Slack and Amazon Quick.
The partnership expands "zero-copy" data access. This enables AI agents to use governed data from various AWS services without complex data migration. The partnership also provides Salesforce Agentforce customers with access to a broader selection of AI models through Amazon Bedrock. The integration will also bring AWS's AI agents, including the AWS DevOps Agent, directly into Slack to streamline technical and operational tasks.
