Critical Metals Secures Court Approval for European Lithium Acquisition Vote

The Supreme Court of Western Australia approved Critical Metals Corp.’s proposed acquisition of European Lithium. The court ordered European Lithium to convene shareholder and option holder meetings to vote on the merger.

This follows the registration of the Scheme Booklet with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Securityholders will receive the booklet and an independent expert’s report around September 22, 2026.

The shareholder and option holder meetings are scheduled for October 22, 2026. The parties expect to implement the all-stock transaction in November 2026.
