CrowdStrike introduced Continuous Identity for AI Agents within its Falcon platform. This capability addresses security risks created by autonomous AI systems.

The company stated that traditional identity and access management (IAM) models are inadequate for AI agents operating at machine speed. These legacy systems rely on static policies and one-time authorizations.

The new system continuously authorizes every action an AI agent takes in real-time. It evaluates the agent's owner, the invoking entity, and the security posture of associated devices.

Powered by technology from the SGNL acquisition, the feature dynamically grants or revokes access as risk conditions change. This shift moves the platform away from standing privileges.
