CoreWeave will integrate NVIDIA’s next-generation Rubin technology into its AI cloud platform. The company expects to be among the first cloud providers to deploy the platform in the second half of 2026.
This integration aims to enhance support for complex workloads, including agentic AI, reasoning, and large-scale inference.
NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang praised the collaboration. Huang called CoreWeave an "essential partner" in building the "AI factories of the future."
The announcement was released ahead of the market open on Tuesday, causing CoreWeave shares to trade higher in the pre-market session. Separately, investment firm Truist initiated coverage on the company, assigning a "hold" rating.
