CoreWeave is expanding into the Asia-Pacific region with three new data centers in Indonesia. These company-owned facilities will add 360 megawatts of contracted IT power to its portfolio.
The expansion targets growing demand for localized AI cloud services from Southeast Asian startups, enterprises, and governments. The project aims to reduce latency and ensure compliance with regional data locality laws.
CoreWeave expects the data centers to begin operations in 2028. The company will hire and train a local workforce to manage the new sites.
