CoStar’s OnTheMarket Adds 100,000 Listings in Major Partnership With UK Agency Giant Connells

CoStar Group subsidiary OnTheMarket signed a major agreement with Connells Group, the United Kingdom’s largest estate agency. This partnership integrates listings from 1,263 Connells branches operating under 86 distinct brands.

The agreement adds approximately 100,000 properties to the OnTheMarket portal. This expansion supports the company’s strategy to increase market share following its acquisition by CoStar Group.

OnTheMarket President Jason Tebb described the deal as a decisive step toward becoming the leading property portal in the UK.
