Delta Air Lines has introduced a new line of uniforms for its employees, named the 'Distinctly Delta' collection. The redesigned attire, developed in collaboration with Lands' End, is intended for 65,000 employees across various departments including Airport Customer Service, In-Flight, and Technical Operations. The collection brings back the airline's signature colors of 'Navigator Navy', 'Boarding Burgundy', and 'Runway Red', and also introduces 'Powerful Pink' to be worn in October to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The new uniforms are part of Delta's broader vision of positioning itself as a premium global airline. A significant amount of employee feedback was incorporated into the design process, which focused on comfort, durability, and functionality for various work environments. Notably, the collection sees the return of the wrap dress, a popular item from the early 2000s that was brought back due to high demand from employees. The new uniforms are slated for wear testing in 2026 with a full rollout expected in 2027.
