Delta Air Lines has introduced a new seasonal nonstop service between Lagos, Nigeria (LOS) and New York (JFK) to cater to increased travel demand during the festive period. The route will operate from December 2, 2025, to January 16, 2026, complementing the airline's existing year-round service from Lagos to Atlanta. The flights will utilize Delta's modern Airbus A330-900neo aircraft. This move is designed to provide Nigerian travelers with more convenient options during the peak holiday season for travel to the U.S. In other news, Delta also announced minor adjustments to its SkyMiles Choice Benefits for elite members, which are set to take effect in February 2026. Additionally, analysts at Jefferies slightly lowered their price target for Delta's stock to $72 from $74 while maintaining a buy rating on the shares.
