Delta Air Lines' maintenance, repair, and overhaul division, Delta TechOps, announced a new long-term component care agreement with Jet2.com, the third-largest airline in the United Kingdom. The deal, revealed during the MRO Europe event in London, will see Delta TechOps provide comprehensive mechanical and avionics component services for Jet2.com's Boeing and Airbus fleets. This partnership expands on a relationship that began in 2023 and strengthens Delta TechOps' position as a key MRO provider for European airlines. Today, October 16, 2025, also marks the ex-dividend date for Delta's previously announced quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per share, which will be paid on November 6, 2025.
