Wonder, the parent company of Grubhub and Blue Apron, is raising hundreds of millions of dollars at a $9 billion valuation. This financing serves as the final funding round before a potential initial public offering.
Founder and CEO Marc Lore plans to contribute $200 million to the round.
The company included a provision granting extra shares if the IPO price falls below 1.5 times the current share price.
