T3 Defense Inc. announced that its Israeli subsidiary, Rimon Agencies Ltd., has officially entered the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and Counter-UAV (C-UAV) market. This expansion follows Rimon’s delivery of a containerized C-UAV launch platform to Elbit Systems in June 2026.
The subsidiary now offers a configurable product line including launch trailers, sensor masts, and command-and-control vehicles. Rimon provides the mobile infrastructure required for drone and counter-drone systems globally.
The company is targeting UAV manufacturers, C-UAV developers, and defense contractors. This strategic move follows a Nasdaq notice received yesterday regarding non-compliance with minimum stockholders' equity requirements.
