DHL Supply Chain, a unit of Deutsche Post AG, will open 10 new warehouses across North America. The company plans to launch these facilities during 2026.

This expansion adds over seven million square feet of logistics space for the data center industry. The facilities will manage equipment for hyperscalers, data center operators, and their suppliers.

Rapid growth in cloud computing and artificial intelligence drives this strategic investment. DHL has already secured agreements with several major, unnamed cloud service providers.

The move positions DHL to capture a larger share of the specialized technology infrastructure market.
