Eshallgo Inc. (EHGO) has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting for October 10, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for two corporate actions. The company announced the meeting in a Form 6-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 29, 2026. Shareholders of record as of September 18 are eligible to vote.
The first proposal would consolidate the company’s Class A and Class B ordinary shares on a five-for-one basis. Eshallgo says the move is intended to increase the per-share trading price, a step often taken to maintain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid-price requirement. The company completed a 16-for-1 reverse split in April 2026 for similar reasons.
The second proposal would move Eshallgo’s legal domicile from the Cayman Islands to the British Virgin Islands. Approval requires a two-thirds vote. If approved, the migration would change the company’s legal domicile and governance documents.
