Enovix Corporation is accelerating an expansion to double production capacity for its flagship drone batteries in South Korea. The first phase is currently in progress and is expected to be operational by mid-2027. The company is utilizing existing facilities to ensure a capital-efficient ramp-up.
A rapidly growing customer pipeline in South Korea supports the move. This pipeline increased 41% from the previous quarter to reach $183 million at the end of Q2 2026.
The expansion targets rising demand from the defense, drone, and industrial sectors. Enovix aims to establish a scalable production model to maintain its market share.
