Equinor and its partners awarded four contracts totaling approximately NOK 6 billion (€536.4 million) for subsea tie-back projects. The developments include the TWIN, Brime, Omega Sør, and Tyrihans Nord fields on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. TechnipFMC, OneSubsea, and NOV will provide subsea production systems, pipelines, and umbilicals. These projects are expected to produce between 130 and 220 million barrels of oil equivalent. The awards launch the NCS2035 strategy, which aims to halve subsea development costs and execution times.
