Five9 Inc. restructured its executive leadership team effective June 29, 2026. The company appointed Niranjan Vijayaragavan as Chief Technology Officer, Rob Hornish as Chief Sales Officer, and Sven Linsmaier as Executive Vice President of Transformation and Strategy.
The appointments aim to accelerate Five9’s AI-driven customer experience strategy. This leadership change focuses on improving operational execution as the market evolves.
Vijayaragavan, formerly of Nintex and Microsoft, will consolidate product engineering, management, and AI into one unit. Hornish joins from Redaptive and Cisco to lead go-to-market transformation. Linsmaier, previously at Workday, will oversee enterprise strategy and corporate development.
