Flex Announces Executive Leadership for Planned Cloud & Power Business Spin-Off

Flex announced the executive leadership teams for both the remaining company and its planned spin-off of the Cloud and Power Infrastructure business ("SpinCo"), which is expected to be completed in the first calendar quarter of 2027.

Key Details

• SpinCo Leadership: Current Flex CEO, Revathi Advaithi, will serve as CEO of the new SpinCo. Current Flex CFO, Kevin Krumm, will become CFO of SpinCo.
• Flex Leadership (Post Spin-Off): Michael Hartung will be appointed CEO of the remaining Flex business. Revathi Advaithi will serve as a transitional Non-Executive Chairman.
• CFO Transition: Flex has initiated a search for a new permanent CFO to replace Kevin Krumm, with an appointment expected before the transaction is completed.
