Flutter Entertainment, the parent company of FanDuel, Paddy Power, and Betfair, announced it will delist from the London Stock Exchange (LSE), making the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) its exclusive trading venue. The last day for trading in London is scheduled for July 31, 2026, with the formal delisting to take effect on August 3, 2026.

The decision follows a company review which concluded that maintaining a dual listing was no longer in the best interest of shareholders. Reasons cited include lower trading volumes on the LSE, alongside the additional regulatory costs and administrative complexities associated with being listed on two major exchanges. Consolidating its stock listing in New York aligns with the company's significant and growing US market presence through its FanDuel brand.
