Freedom Holding Corp. is considering a secondary public offering (SPO) outside the United States to finance its next growth phase. CEO Timur Turlov announced the potential Regulation S offering at the Freedom Inside 2026 corporate forum. The offering will target non-U.S. investors in Kazakhstan and other international markets.
Proceeds will support the expansion of the company’s ecosystem and its consumer-facing travel business. Freedom Holding aims to establish a dominant position in its local travel market. The company plans to expand these travel services into Europe in 2026.
The firm intends to integrate a full suite of travel services and a global hotel aggregator into its SuperApp. This strategy seeks to compete with Booking.com and Airbnb through more competitive pricing.
