Freedom Holding Corp. is considering a secondary public offering in Hong Kong to finance its international expansion, according to CEO Timur Turlov. The Kazakhstan-based financial services firm will maintain its primary listing on the NASDAQ.

The company intends to grow its operations beyond traditional Central Asian markets. This strategy includes the potential acquisition or establishment of banks in Europe and Turkey.

In an interview with Reuters, Turlov also identified Pakistan as a target for expansion. The initiative aims to integrate economies across a significant portion of Eurasia.
