Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC) reported a 101% increase in net income to $153.3 million for fiscal year 2026. Diluted earnings per share rose to $2.51 for the year ended March 31, 2026. This figure nearly doubled from $1.26 in the previous year.
Total revenue reached $2.19 billion for the fiscal year. This represents a 9.3% increase from $2.0 billion in fiscal 2025.
Net gains on trading securities surged 375% during the period. Sales of goods and services grew 143% following expansion into telecommunications and e-commerce. These gains offset a 29% decline in net insurance revenue.
