GoDaddy and LegalZoom announced a strategic partnership. LegalZoom becomes the exclusive legal services provider on the GoDaddy platform.
The collaboration integrates LegalZoom’s business formation services, including LLC creation, into GoDaddy’s domain and website tools. Kathy Tsitovich of LegalZoom stated the integration delivers legal and state compliance support directly to small business customers.
Analysts identify the partnership as a positive catalyst. The deal does not mitigate existing risks like customer churn or margin pressures.
