Citizens Financial Group Inc. RI also acquired a new stake of 92,953 shares in Globant. This purchase is valued at approximately $2.69 million.
These institutional investments follow the appointment of Sarabdeep Narang as CEO of the Glob.AI unit. Narang is scheduled to assume the leadership role on August 18, 2026.
