Corning secures long-term Zayo fiber deal, fueling AI network expansion

Corning expanded its strategic supply agreement with digital infrastructure provider Zayo.

Corning will supply fiber optic cable for Zayo’s network expansion through 2030. Zayo plans to add 15,000 new route miles to meet surging AI infrastructure demands.

The project includes over 8,000 miles of new long-haul fiber developed in collaboration with NVIDIA. This agreement provides Zayo with supply assurance for critical network components. The long-term commitment links Corning’s fiber business directly to the growth of AI infrastructure.
