Google and online pharmacy DocMorris are partnering to develop an AI-powered digital health assistant for the European market. The tool utilizes Google’s Gemini models to provide symptom-checking and e-prescription support. This collaboration targets DocMorris’s base of approximately 11 million active users.
DocMorris will migrate its complete IT infrastructure to Google Cloud under the agreement. All data processing will remain within European Union data centers to ensure strict GDPR compliance. The initiative focuses on delivering secure and personalized digital healthcare services to patients across Europe.
