Moove secured $250 million in a Series C funding round. The investment elevates the mobility company’s valuation to $2.1 billion. Abu Dhabi’s sovereign wealth fund Mubadala led the financing. Toyota’s Woven Capital and Ion Pacific co-led the round. Existing investors Uber, BlackRock, and Franklin Templeton also participated.
Moove will use the capital to expand its autonomous vehicle fleet management business. The company currently manages fleet operations for Alphabet’s Waymo in Phoenix and Miami. New funds will finance the construction of Nests, which are robotics-first depots for vehicle maintenance. These facilities provide charging and servicing to ensure continuous robotaxi operations.
