Hyperscale Data, Inc. invested more than $70 million into its Michigan AI data center. Its subsidiary, Alliance Cloud Services, operates the facility to support a master services agreement with a California-based neocloud provider.
The company has already acquired a substantial portion of the required equipment. Operations and revenue generation are expected to begin in November 2026.
The initial 10-year contract is projected to generate over $1.2 billion in revenue. Extension options could push the agreement to a 20-year term. The client may expand capacity from 20 megawatts to 52 megawatts. This expansion could increase total contract revenue to more than $3.0 billion.
Hyperscale Data shares rose 4.4% in pre-market trading following the announcement.
