On October 1, 2026, Greenland Mines Ltd announced the successful completion of its 2026 field program at the Skaergaard Project in Greenland.
The campaign included over 4,480 meters of diamond drilling. It also involved extracting more than 105 tons of bulk material. The work is intended to advance metallurgical development, mine planning and an Initial Assessment.
The program identified potential additional value streams from gallium and vanadium, alongside the project’s previously established palladium-platinum-gold deposits. Greenland Mines is evaluating the economic potential of these minerals.
The company expects the program to move Skaergaard beyond resource definition into the next stage of development and support future applications for an exploitation license.
