Goldman Sachs will serve as the lead underwriter for the SpaceX initial public offering. The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, and Bloomberg reported the appointment.
The Elon Musk-led company aims to raise up to $75 billion. This offering targets a total valuation nearing $1.75 trillion.
SpaceX could make its IPO prospectus public as early as Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
Goldman Sachs holds the lead left position to manage the offering. Morgan Stanley will also serve as a lead banker. Bank of America, Citigroup, and JPMorgan Chase are participating in the syndicate.
