Goldman Sachs Alternatives agreed to acquire a controlling stake in Numantec from White Bridge Investment. The deal values the Italian medical equipment manufacturer at approximately €700 million.
Numantec operates seven manufacturing facilities across Europe and the United States. The company specializes in healthcare products and drug-delivery devices.
Goldman Sachs plans to leverage the acquisition to counter macroeconomic uncertainty through stable revenue streams. The firm will support Numantec’s continued expansion in European and American markets. The transaction is expected to finalize in the fourth quarter of 2026.
