Gilat Secures $11M U.S. Military Order for Custom Satellite Terminals

Gilat Satellite Networks’ subsidiary, Gilat DataPath, secured $11 million in orders from the U.S. Department of War. The contract requires the supply of custom satellite communication (SATCOM) terminals and field services.

Deliveries are scheduled to take place over the next year. The custom terminals utilize multi-orbit capabilities to maintain connectivity for mission-critical operations.

The technology is designed for reliability in harsh operational environments. This order increases Gilat Defense’s total volume of work for the U.S. military.
