Hilton signed an exclusive franchise agreement with Yotel. Yotel becomes the inaugural brand to join the newly established Select by Hilton category.
The partnership integrates 23 existing Yotel hotels into the Hilton distribution platform. These properties will join the Hilton Honors loyalty program. Yotel will maintain independent management of its brand.
The collaboration targets increasing demand for design-led lifestyle hotels in urban markets. Yotel properties feature technology-forward room designs and efficient space utilization.
Hilton expects the first Yotel properties to be bookable by late 2026. This expansion adds new international locations for Hilton Honors members.
