Robinhood Ventures has priced the initial public offering of its inaugural closed-end fund, Robinhood Ventures Fund I. The fund will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol RVI. Trading is scheduled to begin on March 6, 2026.
The initial offering price is $25.00 per share. The fund's total size is approximately $658.4 million. An option exists to increase the total size to $705.7 million.
The fund provides all investors, regardless of accreditation status, access to a portfolio of private, high-growth companies. Target holdings include firms such as Databricks, Revolut, and Stripe. This initiative supports Robinhood's mission to democratize finance by opening private markets to its retail customer base.
The announcement coincides with a significant purchase of Robinhood shares by Cathie Wood's ARK Invest.
