Robinhood Ventures Fund I (NYSE: RVI), the first venture capital fund from Robinhood, has announced its initial investments, purchasing stakes in fintech giant Stripe and AI audio company ElevenLabs. The fund, which began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 6, 2026, aims to provide retail investors with access to high-growth private companies before they go public.
The fund invested approximately $14.6 million to acquire Class B common stock in Stripe on March 9 through secondary transactions. On March 12, it invested nearly $20 million in ElevenLabs' Series D preferred stock as part of a primary funding round. These investments are the first to be publicly disclosed for the fund, which holds stakes in other private firms such as Databricks, Revolut, and Ramp.
