SK Group and NVIDIA announced a comprehensive partnership of over $500 billion to establish AI infrastructure to meet surging global demand. The collaboration includes SK Telecom building a 2-gigawatt NVIDIA AI factory and establishes a long-term partnership between SK Hynix and NVIDIA to co-develop and secure a stable supply of next-generation AI memory, including HBM.
Separately, a South Korean presidential adviser announced that SK Hynix will pursue a long-term memory chip supply partnership with U.S. tech companies, including Nvidia, valued at $750 billion. This strategic alliance aims to solidify SK Hynix's leadership in the AI memory market and support the rapid expansion of AI innovation globally.
