U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a net outflow of $265.4 million on July 31. BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) led the decline with $122.7 million in client-driven withdrawals. This selling pressure reversed a brief trend of inflows recorded only one day prior.

The spot Bitcoin ETF sector has now entered its third consecutive quarter of net outflows. Institutional investors appear increasingly cautious regarding Bitcoin’s near-term price trajectory. Analysts suggest capital may be rotating into Ethereum-based products, which attracted modest inflows during the same window.
