Interactive Brokers enables direct crypto transfers, eliminating the need to liquidate

Interactive Brokers Group now allows clients to transfer existing cryptocurrency holdings directly into their IBKR-linked accounts.

Investors can move supported digital assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, from external wallets without liquidating positions.

Trading commissions for these assets range from 0.12% to 0.18% of the transaction value.

The update enables clients to manage digital assets, stocks, options, and futures within a single unified account.
